Woodland skills Opportunities to learn hands-on skills in coppicing, fence making, hurdle weaving, forestry management and a whole host of other productive woodland skills from our resident experts and specialists from the local area. |

Learn to carve with professional artist Janine Creaye. Spend two days deep in Wilderness Wood creating your own sculpture using specially selected timber grown on site.
Work in a woodland glade and around a campfire, responding to the surrounding woodland. You’ll walk, draw and design your own piece, guided by Janine.
Tools will be provided but bring your own if you have them. Tea and coffee and an organic barbeque on the Saturday evening will be provided but you’ll need to bring food or use the café during the day. Camp in the wood overnight if you like!
