Join us on the first or second Saturday of each month for a sumptuous 3-course seasonal dinner served by candlelight in our timber-frame Barn. Whilst you’re enjoying locally-sourced food and wines, hear personal stories from guest speakers chosen for their expertise in different aspects of sustainability.
Previous speakers have included Tony Juniper (former Director of Friends of the Earth), Lucy Siegle (ethical lifestyles journalist, TV presenter and author), Dan Epstein (former Director of Sustainability for the 2012 Olympics), Tristram Stuart (historian, TV presenter, writer and expert in food waste) & actor Alistair McGowan.
