Chestnut Celebration

Enjoy an autumn ramble through our picturesque ancient chestnut coppice. En route learn about the history and uses of the sweet chestnut and forage for prize specimens to take home and roast.

We’ll be serving chestnut soup and chestnut cakes in the Barn café throughout the season. Try your hand at working with sweet chestnut wood at our chestnut workshops.
